Born in Tochigi Japan.
I left Japan when I was 21 years old, lived in London, Bristol then settled down in Cornwall.
Working in AA rosette award pubs, hotels and restaurants in Cornwall, I then moved to Somerset as the Head Chef at the Lord Poulett Arms, Hinton St George, Somerset.
After this I set up my own catering business Don Caterers Ltd in Taunton running a catering contract with the South West HQ of the NHS Strategic Health Authority. At this same time I started a stall at the Taunton Vale Farmers Market selling Japanese food.
And now... Farmers Markets, Food Festivals, Outside Events, Personal Chefing... Im bringing Japanese food to the South West of England.
